DISCLAIMER:
- During the January 2024 Organization Meeting, the Township appointed BBD, LLP to perform the FY23 Audit, due to their strong track record with the Township.
- However, in April 2024, the Township was informed that BBD, LLP was being acquired by Withum Smith+Brown, PC, with no immediate timeline provided as to when the FY23 Audit would be completed.
- Throughout this significant delay, the Township appointed Bee, Bergvall & Co. to perform the FY24 Audit, whose progress was constrained by the incomplete FY23 Audit.
- In mid-2025, the Township was informed that CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, the subcontracted audit firm designated by Withum Smith+Brown, PC, would perform the FY23 Audit, with field work starting in Fall 2025.
- With the FY23 Audit completed, the Township and Bee, Bergvall & Co. are working expeditiously to deliver the FY24 & FY25 Audit Reports, subject to delivery this calendar year.
