Sergeant Madonna Attended the Delaware County Municipal Police Academy where he received the Jorgen S Holland Overall Achievement award and Academic Achievement award graduating first in his class. He began his law enforcement career at the Lincoln University Police Department where he served as the Department Detective at the rank of Corporal. Sergeant Madonna joined the New Garden Police Department and West Grove Borough as a part-time officer and received the 1st year DUI enforcement award. Sergeant Madonna was then promoted to full-time officer during the formation of the Southern Chester County Police Department. He enjoys Drag Racing, classic cars, music, and cooking with his family.
