Forms, Permits & Fees

Please do not email any permits. Mail to New Garden Township at 299 Starr Road, Landenberg, PA 19350 or drop off during office hours, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Thank you.

All building and zoning permits must be completed and turned into the office. The office will submit the applications to the inspector for review. Once the approved permit is received back from the inspector, the office will contact the applicant for pick up and inform them of what the permit fee will be. Permits are valid for one year from when it is issued by the inspector. The applicant must contact the inspector directly to schedule a final inspection.
