The Southern Chester County Regional Police Department takes allegations of misconduct very seriously. All citizen's complaints are reviewed by the Chief of Police and if warranted they are assigned for investigation by the Office of Professional Standards. 

If you have a citizen's complaint or question about your interaction with a police officer; please contact the Chief of Police at his email Chief Joseph Greenwalt or direct office number, 610-268-2907, Ext.102.

  • Complete the Citizen Complaint Form with as much detail as possible. Sign and return to the attention of the Chief of Police by U.S. mail or scan and the previously mentioned email.

If you have a compliment from a positive experience, a general inquiry, or feedback about our services, we encourage you to use the Online Citizen Feedback Webform. This online webform is not monitored by police department personnel and should not In any situation be used to record or report complaints.
