Starr Road is closed to through traffic between Ellicott/Garden Station Roads and Penn Green Road for widening and base repair. 

The tentative schedule (weather permitting) for the rest of the paving program will be as follows:

August 19th – Leveling course on Pemberton Rd. between Cedar Spring and Bancroft Roads

August 20th – Wearing course on Pemberton Rd. between Cedar Spring and Bancroft Roads

August 21st – Finishing wearing course on Pemberton Rd. between Cedar Spring and Bancroft Roads

August 21st – Starting wearing course on Paving on Starr Road between Penn Green Road and Pelham Drive

August 22nd - Finish wearing course on Starr Road between Penn Green and Ellicott Roads

The work will generally take place between 6:30am and 6:30pm and each road section will be closed to through traffic.  Residents and local deliveries will be able to access properties within the work zones but through traffic will need to seek alternate routes of travel. 

Please obey all signage during the work.  We will do our best to have flaggers at intersections to aid everyone in getting to where they need to go with minimal inconvenience.
