Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of New Garden Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to consider for adoption and adopt at their regularly scheduled meeting also at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, The New Garden Township Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance. Both hearing and meeting will take place at the New Garden Township Building, located at 299 Starr Road, Landenberg, PA 19350.
