ZONING UPDATE - PUBLIC OUTREACH MEETING #4
**REMINDER** Public outreach meeting #4 on the Zoning Ordinance & Map Update project is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21st, 2025, at New Garden Town Hall.
There will be two separate workshops to accommodate as many interested residents as possible, the first starting at 5:30 PM and the second at 7:00 PM.
To clarify, this is not the last chance to participate in a public meeting before final approval, as there are four additional public hearings scheduled from early summer to late fall.
Registration for the meeting is not required but highly encouraged!

PURPOSE?
- Share an update on the zoning rewrite process with members of the public (and introduce the process to those who have not been involved to date).
- Present an opportunity for facilitated community discussion on the proposed draft zoning ordinance and map prior to the adoption public hearings.
- Seek feedback and solicit questions from community members.
FORMAT?
This meeting will be held in a facilitated roundtable, small focus group, discussion format. To accommodate as many people as possible, there will be two sessions. Each session will cover the same information.
WHEN?
- Wednesday, May 21st, 2025
- Session #1: 5:30-6:30 p.m. Session #2: 7:00-8:00 p.m.
