As many of you are aware Hurricane Helene has left a devastating wake in the southeast these past few days. We have received an outreach from individuals looking to support the efforts in North Carolina especially. 

New Garden Flying Field is planning a support effort to help deliver supplies to organizations that are delivering to areas of high need. We are gathering a group of pilots to help fly these supplies down to an airport in North Carolina to hand off to these organizations. We are currently accepting donations at the airport (1235 Newark Road, Toughkenamon, PA 19374), and at the New Garden Township Building (299 Starr Road, Landenberg, PA 19350) from the list of supplies below. If you are able to provide some of these much needed items or would like to support transportation costs for our pilots we would be grateful for any support.

We will be accepting donations until tomorrow, Tuesday October 1st at 4:30pm, and begin flying Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
