The New Garden Planning Commission meets the 4th Wednesday of the Month at 7:30. The Commission must review all subdivision and land development plans before they go to the
Board of Supervisors. The Township has an ordinance regulating the subdivision of land, adjustment of lot lines
and development of lots for multi-family or nonresidential uses. Plans are subject to review by the Planning
